Until it stopped working. I tried the melatonin, didn't work and then I finally raised the white flag in defeat and the doctor put me on Amitriptyline.

It seems to be working so far, we'll see how long it lasts. Things tend to stop working for me and it's maddening! Also, I don't mind the two dollars I pay for 30 of them either :)

Best of luck to you!Robynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05822406480703071202noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4839901864916285975.post-71693408959283603912012-02-11T12:48:03.256-08:002012-02-11T12:48:03.256-08:00I love you. And old lady Gertrude or whatever you ...I love you. And old lady Gertrude or whatever you named her (true story? That was my grandmother's given name. She went by Eva instead lol.)

Also? Melatonin can be fab if you find the right dose. I drug my peeps with it whenever they are having an iffy time. That includes the man. I'm too lame to take anything to help so I suffer through then crash nap through most o fmy female cycle using it as an excuse.

Oh. and making sure you have a sleep routine and treat yourself like a 2 year old w/ a bedtime and everything. No kidding there either. It has helped me to make a routine and a bedtime even if my inner tween wants to rebel against it.mhttp://www.michellewritesweekly.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4839901864916285975.post-57547883554399632852012-02-10T09:08:22.510-08:002012-02-10T09:08:22.510-08:00I third melatonin. :)

I, too, ...And here come all the helpful hints! :)

I, too, am a lousy sleeper. Always have been, since it appears that I {along with my 2 siblings} inherited this lack of sleeping talent from our mother.

If you're ever awake at 3am and want to play Words With Friends, chances are good I'm already awake! Just hit me up! :)

But in all seriousness, try some kind of PM besides Tylenol. It's not good for the body when taken too often. Melatonin has never worked for me, but if you haven't tried it, you may as well give it a go. A lot of people have success with it - including my kid, who apparently inherited his sleep issues from me.Christina Berryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00940473588497266871noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4839901864916285975.post-47289099242796755122012-02-10T06:28:33.861-08:002012-02-10T06:28:33.861-08:00I also love Melatonin, but it gives me really vivi...I also love Melatonin, but it gives me really vivid, trippy dreams. You can get it at Walmart with the vitamins (same place the melatonin is). Calms Forte is in a dark blue box on the bottom shelf.MeredithBnoreply@blogger.com
