I never want my kids to feel how I felt as a kid - and the truth is, it's so easy to show them love and respect and have a happy home. Not sure why my parents never managed it. Oh, I also put a tiny pat of butter (ok, I use land'o'lakes margarine)(maybe it's clogging arteries, but it is tasty) in the pan before I put the eggs in - and I try to use one of those non-stick pans, otherwise, nothing helps...half the egg is left on the pan. :)kimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10315866204746458917noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4839901864916285975.post-46377765898663299772010-09-06T09:40:51.498-07:002010-09-06T09:40:51.498-07:00For my boys, it's pancakes. And having my kids have a 'normal' childhood where they take it for granted and even complain about how 'normal and boring' we are and how 'nothing ever happens. Priceless.
I totally get the church thing.
The church hunt here has been epic. Last week I made a singular mistake. I attended a 'seeker sensitive church'. It's like going for steak and coming up with meringue...
We attended a wonderful church this morning. It was big, it was a great sermon. Applicable to life.
wonderful. Glad you found the same.Christinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13708815560712267698noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4839901864916285975.post-14147573976549058362010-09-04T18:44:17.061-07:002010-09-04T18:44:17.061-07:00Beautiful post. :)Beautiful post. :)Boriquahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10554302157355866015noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4839901864916285975.post-54976369040748322432010-09-04T13:09:03.192-07:002010-09-04T13:09:03.192-07:00Scrambled eggs here, too.
