Jason, upon seeing The Maury show in the TiVo:

What?!??! Maury is all about paternity tests?! How can this BE?!?!!?

I tivo Maury's paternity tests shows too. I thought I was the only person in the universe who did that. I realize people love to watch, but I thought I was the only one who would actually waste non work time to watch. Is it wrong that I really love it when they are NOT the father?

(writing that made me realize how horrible a person I am, I should be happy the ARE the father so the children would have a father. except most of them seem like they would stink at being fathers when they are hoping to be NOT the father...)

Oh Maury. My jr high daughters used to sneak off and watch that show back in the day, back when they were still in homeschool.

This was not the education I had in mind, but they thought it was hilarious. They also used to watch some show where bratty kids were sent to boot camp.

Girls, girls, girls. Shut that OFF.

Yeah. They seem normal. Tell Jason apparently Maury has to make a living somehow,LOL. love, Val

Hi, Stephanie! Long time, me no comment. But I'm here now, and so long as I'm here, I think I'll turn this comment into something about ME, however tangentially. Thus, I'm here to tell you my college pal Julie is married to Maury and Connie's chef, and so she sometimes gets to spend holidays in their house, if she's helping her husband cook. Guess what? Maury and Connie are AWESOME nice in real life. So there.

Mr. "I'm married to Connie Chung and she had a serious anchor job and I've got paternity tests out the wazoo."

Yeah, him.
