Okay, here's my question: How do you walk every day and not get shin splints (or splits or whatever they're called.) What stretch works for you, or shoes or whatever because I could do like 10 miles walking, but even 1 mile has my shins screaming for days.
Beautiful! I think I could walk every day if that is where I walked. Oh wait, I do walk every day and my route isn't nearly so pretty. I just love the quiet time.
well ya, that makes sense. But take away all the green from those pictures, take away the leaves on the trees, take away the pretty flowers and ad ice onto the top of that lake and voila- you have the reason I don't feel like walking every day around here. The whole "brown and dirty" motif we've got going on just isn't working for me.

Walking is a great way to make time for thinking and reflecting. I've been doing some myself - at the beach while on holiday.
Love your photos. It all looks so peaceful.
You can see so much more when you walk. Looks like you have a great route!

Nature, schmature. Just wait until you come to Detroit - we have gas stations and party stores ON EVERY CORNER. ;)
Love the photos!! Gorgeous!
So peaceful looking and serene. I bet you get a lot of thinking (hopefully good thoughts) and reflecting done!
So pretty.
That makes me actually WANT to walk - so much prettier than my neighborhood!
