That Friday at 11:39pm EST:
From Client-
Stephanie,
You sent us the wrong file. The file we requested was fourteen12. You sent us fourteen11. I have no idea how you expect us to give you the information when you so obviously cannot do your job. We need the fourteen12 file IMMEDIATELY and we WILL be rolling out our program on the 1st, no exceptions.
We also immediately need an explanation as to why this error occurred and your assurance, in writing, that it will never occur again.
Sincerely,
Client

Seriously. Are you kidding me? I can't even comment other than to say, this client? Moronic, to put it mildly.
Do we have the same job? Because this happens at my office all the time.
Wait so they requested 12, but you sent 11, and they want 11 immediately?
I want to see two things:
#1 - your reply to them
#2 - What you really wanted to reply to them
Oh wow! this was me 3 weeks ago!!
Sorry :(
OH clients suck sometimes.
HUGS.
I think I would explode if I were you.
I hate people.
